Today, we are talking with Lee Colan, author of Healthy Leadership – How to Thrive in the New World of Work. Lee tells us that healthy leadership is like a cultural magnet that attracts people to your team and the cultural glue that makes them want to stay. He describes how healthy leadership starts with the leader, but it’s really about the people you serve. As a leader, when you help others grow, you grow and growing people fuel growing, healthy organizations.
